Our Community Manager has two priorities, relevant contributions, and robust engagement within our community of like-minded professionals.
Our Community Manager’s role includes but is not limited to; growing membership and activity within the community; engaging with new members, and responding to questions and comments within the community; helping drive conversations users have with each other; reinforcing values such as transparency, communication, and user satisfaction; promoting lasting member relationships built on trust and shared goals and interests; and ensuring that activities and engagement align with the purpose of the community, addressing inappropriate posts and discussions if necessary.
